HOTs 2025-26

This app contains the 2025-26 aircraft ground de/anti-icing fluid holdover times (HOTs) and related guidance as published by Transport Canada (TC) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Key Features:

• Dual Functionality: Calculate HOTs using user-input weather/fluid data or browse official HOT PDFs directly in-app.
• HOT Clock: Tracks time since fluid application with a visual timer and alerts at lower (optional) and upper HOT limits.
• DSHOTs: Includes degree-specific HOTs for Snow, Snow + Ice Crystals, and Snow + Freezing Fog for Type II, III, and IV fluids.
• Real-Time Weather: Automatically integrates METAR weather data into the HOT calculator.
• Custom Settings: Set authority, HOT table type (standard/adjusted), alerts, time zone, DSHOTs, METAR integration, and light/dark mode.
• Event Log: Logs each HOT Clock event with full details. Export or delete logs from the More tab; all data is stored locally.

Developed by APS Aviation Inc., the company responsible for developing and managing the holdover time table data on behalf of TC and the FAA for the last two decades.
