The main goal is to help real estate market participants predict the average price based on set parameters (location, square footage, year of construction, etc.).

The main advantage is the absence of the human factor. The result cannot be manipulated or changed in any way. The subjective opinion of each person is different, while the “soulless machine” is devoid of this and is able to perform a single function assigned to it - price prediction.

Retraining with subsequent correlation occurs daily, once a day.
