For residents and members, the app offers a simple, user-friendly mobile portal to handle essential tasks in one place. Members can securely log in to view their unit information, check their housing charges, download key documents like by-laws and inspection reports, and stay updated on their co-op’s community life. Submitting maintenance requests is quick and transparent — members can choose the issue category, attach photos, and track the progress from “submitted” to “completed.”
Community engagement is central to co-operative living, so the app includes a robust Community Board. Members can see event announcements for BBQs, town halls, or clean-up days, post or check lost and found notices. Board documents like by-laws, meeting minutes, and annual reports are always accessible in a centralized library for board members, ensuring transparency and trust.
For co-op boards and administrators, the app’s secure web-based Admin Panel saves hours of manual work and makes governance more efficient. Admins can see a full co-op overview at a glance: units, members, open maintenance tickets and complete and download unit inspections all from the app.
