HRis-ESS facilitates employees to manage leave, claims, payslip, medical, EA form, Company Announcement, etc. The app is designed for internal use of any company that subscribes to Portrade International’s HRiS ESS service. Therefore, this application is intended to service multiple subscribed companies.

HRis-ESS (Human Resource Information System - Employee Self-Service) is a General Human Resource app for all Malaysian businesses. HRis-ESS facilitates employees to manage leave, claims, payslip, medical, EA form, Company Announcement, etc. The app is designed for internal use of any company that subscribes to Portrade International’s HRiS ESS service. Therefore, this application is intended to service multiple subscribed companies.
Once the Employer registers a profile in the Portrade International’s HRIS Web Application, at (http://portrade.com/HRISWeb/Login.aspx), employees can download and use the HRis-ESS app. There are no paid contents within the app.
HRis-ESS facilitates employees to manage leave, claims, payslip, medical allowances, EA form, announcement, and etc.
Features of the app
[Leave]
Employee can manage their annual leaves application, check the application status, view historical records and balance of annual leave.
[Medical]
Screen for employees to view their medical policies, medical claims limit and their usage.
[Approval]
Approval function for supervisor to check, approve and reject leave applications
[PaySlip]
Employee able to check the details of their salary including any deductions and reimbursement. Function to export into pdf and save into Document or Files in pdf format or share to others.
[Announcement]
This function provide company Newsletter, Announcement or Circular to all employees.
[EA Form]
Yearly income tax assessment form for the employee to download. Employee able to save or share for submission to the authority.
[Personal]
Details of employee will be shown in this screen. Employee able to update information such as marital status, home address, corresponding address, home telephone number, mobile telephone number, personal email and others.
[Settings]
In this feature, the user can check the version of the app installed into their phone. Beside, there will be a logout button that users can log out from the app.
