HRV Tracker Pro

Heart Rate Variability Tracker lets you track HRV with the RMSSD formula. You can either do automatic HRV tracking while you sleep using your Apple Watch, or manual measurements using your iPhone camera when you wake up.

Apple Watch mode:
By default, Apple Watch tracks heartbeats during the night. HRV Tracker uses this data to calculate your sleeping HRV.

Camera mode:
Use the camera to measure your HRV with photoplethysmography. For consistency, measure soon after waking up, ideally before getting out of bed.

HRV chart:
View your daily HRVs over time and identify patterns.

Morning battery:
Your overnight/morning HRV gets compared to your baseline during the 7 days before, and the difference is expressed in terms of standard deviations from the baseline.

Trends:
Your baseline from the past 30 days is compared to the baseline from the 30 days before and the difference is expressed in terms of standard deviations.

Morning notifications:
Know your morning battery without opening the app.

No sign-in is required.
