App Store Description

This educational App has been specifically designed to support children who need to learn the key bones in the human skeleton. By popular demand, Version 2 now includes an introduction to the bones in the Skull, Spine, Foot and Hand. To ensure the learning process is comprehensive, 3 fun modes have been included:

Learn the names of the primary bones
- This uses a list of the key bones; tap on the name of any bone and a blue dot will indicate the bone’s location

- Tap on the ‘INFO’ button and a pop-up will appear to give you more information about that bone

-There is no hurry. Keep on tapping bone names until you think you know them all and you’ll be ready to test your knowledge

Name that bone allows you to test your knowledge at your own pace:

- A red-dot will appear on a bone. You then tap the name of the bone from the list on the right

-The App will keep the score of how many you get correct or wrong
The good news is that each time you get one correct its name disappears from the list; so it gets easier!

-Try this a few times and you’ll soon be ready for the final timed test

- If you are getting some wrong go back and learn the names of the bones again

Once you know the names of the bones then have some fun and play ‘time challenge’ and see if you can name all the bones before the time
runs out.

- A pop-up will appear with the name of a bone

- Tap OK and then tap on the black dot which points to the bone

If you forget the name of the bone, which you have been asked to find, just look at the time-line at the bottom of the screen; it is written there too.

- Once again it keeps the score; see if you can get them all right before the time runs out: it’s quite challenging. And if you do then you definitely know the names of the major bones in the body.

- When you finish a pop-up will tell you how many you got correct and if you finished before the time ran out you’ll be able to boast to your friends how many seconds you had left.
