WHAT HUMMING PUPPY IS ALL ABOUT

As a space for pause and sanctuary, we provide a yoga experience that honours traditional yogic practices. Central to our philosophy, we guide movement alongside a curated and resonant ‘Hum’, a frequency of our design.

More than just the physical practice, our spaces offer a journey of sensations that contrast a fast-paced outside world. Be warmly received into our lounge area, sanctorius bathrooms, and sacred shala, all an expressive nod to thoughtful and practical design.

WHAT KIND OF YOGA IS IT?

Our classes are not based on any one yoga style but reflect authentically the inspirations and backgrounds of our teachers. All offerings will include the fundamental principles of breath- pranayama, movement-asana, awareness- meditation, and sound.

Our classes are ‘warm’ and conducted in a room typically heated to 27 degrees Celsius / 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

THE HUM IN HUMMING PUPPY

Humming Puppy offers a revered space to practice that reverberates with a ‘Hum’ in place of music. A soundscape that combines both digital and organic sound frequencies, specifically 7.83hz and 40hz. By immersing yourself in these sound waves during practice, you may experience enhanced concentration and focus.
