This app utilises the findings and conclusions of Dr Hussein’s PhD model of workforce motivation and capabilities.

Then based on Hussein’s PhD model it provides you with indicators that represent the
organisational FIT situation in each of the three sections with regards to motivation and capabilities of your workforce.
