“i许昌”平台是许昌市政府推进审批服务便民化深化“放管服”改革的重要成果。政务服务方面，遵循“掌上市民之家”的服务理念，打造移动政务服务的统一入口和出口。“i许昌”平台汇集公安、教育、人社、卫健、住房、医保、交通等多个部门的热点、高频政务服务事项，推动实现“一网通办”。民生服务方面，“i许昌”平台提供覆盖许昌全市的基础生活缴费服务，逐步汇集基于老百姓生活半径和生活场景的公共交通、旅游、文化、美食、咨询等服务，实现“服务到家”。
