The IAM Well App is a professional food and activity-logging tool. Login to the IAM Well
App by using your username and password that is provided to you when your web based cloud
account is set up. Your nutritional and weight management goals are setup by you on your web
cloud account, then shared with the IAM Well counselor to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

These nutritional and weight management goals include your daily calorie budget, goal weight, BMI, macro-nutrient ratios and other important factors that attribute to better overall health, nutritional habits and weight control. Once you login to the IAM Well App, you can log foods and activities to track your
daily macro-nutrients (Protein, Carbs, and Fats) as well as track calories consumed or burned
during activities. Recording these values allows you to compare those numbers with your
recommended macro-nutrient and caloric intake.

Take your fitness to the next level with step and calorie counting with your fitness devices. Use Fitbit, Garmin, Moveband, Apple Health and more to make recording daily steps simple and easy. Simply login to your online profile to connect integrated devices. For syncing with Apple Health Kit and Apple Watch login into the IAM WELL mobile app, go to Settings>Optional Settings and tap on the option to "Enable Apple Watch" and start automatically counting steps!

Note : Our app is using HealthKit to fetch steps count and add it into your my log exercise section.
