iAte is the app you're looking for! It has a very simple interface that shows you how much calories you can eat per day. All you have to do is not forgetting to enter the food you've eaten.

iAte is designed to be a helper for a user who shouldn't be a fitness coach or a scientist: it requires you to use human portions, like "1 piece", "1 cup" or "1 plate". Everyone has a favorite plate and cup at home, and you set their capacity to use them in iAte.

To keep track of your calories, you can use our database of common foods. The thing is, every particular meal has its own nutritional value, and none of the existing apps or databases has the information about the number of calories in the apple. It depends on size, type and variety. But anyway, it doesn't matter! If you simply count the approximate number of calories you eat, it greatly helps. Even differently branded products of the same type have the similar nutritional value, thus you can use our database without any doubt.

- Weight tracking. All calorie recommendations are based on your weight and personal goals.
