IBD Pro

IBD-PRO is a tool that easily enables you to monitor and track symptoms of Ulcerative Colitis. IBD-PRO uses relevant Patient Report Outcome Measures (PROMs) to help you access the state of disease. The selected PROMs are specifically developed to support UC patients evaluate their disease. By logging the PROMs regularly, it will prepare you for a better more constructive discussion with your physician when evaluating your disease and current treatment.

You can use IBD PRO to:
• Record symptoms
• Follow the course of disease
• Be reminded to take medications
• Review an overview of the disease development or send it by encrypted email to your physician.

All data is stored on you device and not on a external server- no data will be shared without your consent.
