Ibex. agent

Ibex Agent app is for Ibex Employees only. This app enables agents to monitor their schedules and detail of activities performed during a specific day. Ibex Agent App also enables agents to apply for Callout. Following is a brief about the app features:
• The landing page displays two options of Schedule & Quartz in separate tabs at bottom
• The Schedule page has two buttons Schedule and Callout.
• Schedules displays a quick overview of agent’s schedule along with shift timings.
• Clicking on Callout Option from the menu navigates to Callout-Today Screen. The agent is prompted to enter Callout Type, Reason, Shift Start Time and The Contact Number during the absence of the agent.
• The Quartz Hours option in the bottom tab of IBEX Agent App displays the details of time punches and schedules in Quartz against each day. The landing view is shown. Clicking on any of detail in the work day opens up its summary and details. The summary view is also shown below. Swiping on the summary view navigates to the details of time punches.

NOT mandated by the conditions of your employment;
NOT considered work-time or compensated time; and
any use of the App by you is strictly voluntary and at your own risk
