We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the bug under Version 1.3.2 - operations including Create folder / Backup Contacts & Album etc may cause errors on USB disk.
To solve this problem, please format your the product to FAT32 or exFAT and it should work with the new version of app.
Parts of iOS 10 users may have the problem: iDevice freezes when plugging the product. This is caused by instability of iOS, which should be solved in the newer and more stable version of iOS. Quick&Dirty Tip: Always Open App first and then plug in iBigger. Reminder: If your iDevice freezes, force shut down your iDevice(hold power button and Home Button for 5 seconds) ; restart it(hold the power button for 3 seconds).
