The IBM Digital Assistant application allows IBM's customers to identify and digitally interact with key subject matter experts within IBM through a variety of mediums.

Key features:

• Search and find key contacts working on your account.
• Add frequently used contacts as favourites.
• Recommend or say thanks to IBMers who've helped you out.
• Interact with IBMers through a variety of methods including call, text, email, Live Chat and video calls.
• Create and send Live Chats to a group of users.
• Receive important announcements from IBMers.
• Keep track of all interactions made with IBMers.

Please note that to use the IBM Digital Assistant app you will need to have an IBM ID and be provisioned to use it. For more information on this please speak to your IBM Digital Sales representative.
