App Store Description

We all know that making some form of “change” in our lives would have positive impact for us, our business, community and our families.

If we know this is true, what is it that holds us back?
When we try, what is it that causes us to revert back to our old ways?

This app provides you with an exercise that:
takes two minutes a day
costs nothing
and will help you get better at almost anything

It extremely simple to understand and very difficult to do

50% of you will quit after 2 weeks – not because it doesn’t work – but because it does
because … I don’t have time to get better

We have become accustomed to asking what others can do for us, what can my company, spouse, Government, church etc. do for me?

JFK, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”

This app helps you shift from self-entitlement to self-engagement (self accountability).

When you hold a mirror in front of your face everyday it is hard to hide!!

In life we have control over very little – in fact only over our choices and actions. You control what you “choose” to do each day.

Consider this – you are standing on a balcony, looking down on your own funeral proceedings. Who has gathered there? What conversations about you are they having? The daily actions you take now are influencing which people will attend and the conversations they will have in the future.

As you think about the person you want to be, what are the actions that they may have to take to be successful on a daily basis?

Although not necessary I encourage you to first identify your core values. What are those things deep inside of you that drive your actions and behaviours on a daily basis. Feel free to download an exercise here – URL

Now take a pen and paper and develop a list of more than 10 less that 30 daily questions that you will asks yourself.
We have included six default questions, it is recommended that you keep these to begin.

Did I do my best today to …

1. Be happy
2. Find meaning
3. Be fully engaged
4. Build positive relationships
5. Set clear goals
6. Make progress towards goals achievement

By choosing to intentionally repeat actions that support the person you want to be, and that people will perceive you as, you are creating new habits. The new habits will replace existing and opposing habits (old neural pathways with new ones). Eventually these habits become new long-term sustainable behaviours – or “day to day” life for you.

The process is simple, but not easy. It takes courage, humility and discipline. This application is a great way to get started on the journey, if you are able to engage people you trust on your journey, letting them know the change you are embarking on, asking then how you did over the past month and asking for suggestions on what you should do for the next month you will increase your chances of success significantly.

If you want to further refine your questions for maximum alignment and impact, and probability of life changing success connect with one of our Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaches to understand how they can support you. Select the Coach Button from the App.

We welcome your feedback!
