Discover IDEA; a non-governmental organization based in Cambodia which was founded by tuk-tuk drivers, traders and restaurant workers. It was founded on April 30, 2005, and received a registered acknowledgement from the Ministry of Interior (No. 479) on 18 April 2006.

We believe that all workers should live in a fair society with a development of progress and a respect for human rights which is to be protected by society.

IDEA is working on gathering compilation advocacy capacity to resolve conflicts and increase revenue to informal workers so that they are in excellent conditions and dignified coexistence peacefully for Social Accountability and development in their communities.

All members have the skills and the ability to advocate peacefully to demand the right to freedom and human dignity, democracy and guaranteed compatible with their laws in their performance.
