1). B+T mobile App to provide event organisers with access to a quick, easy and informative immediate check of attendees at their event, also allowing verification of right of attendance   

• links via B+T Connector to ComPic backend software
• app operates over an internet connection and also works in ‘Offline mode’ for situations when the internet fails/signal is poor 
• all screens are useable in both horizontal and vertical orientation of the device
• app will track and record attendance, check/verify bookings, add photos and print an ID badge
• devices can be used to scan barcodes and automatically record arrival time/date stamp and also to verify that attendee is authorised to attend
• also allows
• search of attendee list by name, details view and manual check in/out
• view/tracking movements via record history button showing date and time of all scans e.g. arrival time at event, attendance at breakout sessions e.t.c.

• Devices can be set up to allow of user access levels e.g.
• scan barcode only with automatic check-in
• Allow manual check-in/checkout
• Allow taking of a photo
• View, search, filter attendee list by name, UID

• Uses an unlock code to prevent access to unattended devices by unauthorised users
