Igloo Smart EV

Igloo Energy’s smart charging app helps you reduce your EV’s carbon footprint.

How does it work?
Set a time through the app that you want your car charged by in the morning, make sure your car is plugged in and the app will then automatically charge your car by the time you need it while making sure it use as little carbon as possible, by selecting the best times to charge.

You will need to be an existing Igloo Energy customer taking a supply of electricity from us.

Which cars does this work with?
Currently we are only able to offer this app to Tesla drivers. However, we are looking to expand the benefits to drivers of other Electric Vehicles in the future!

What is smart charging?
Smart charging helps your car to charge at times when generation in the UK has the lowest carbon emissions. It allows you to be greener while ensuring your vehicle is charged up when you need it.
