The igumbi Hotelsoftware App is your mobile companion for the igumbi PMS and online booking system. Typical users are: boutique hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, apartments, holiday apartments, holiday houses, farms and fincas and small ships.

The app accesses the reservations on the igumbi servers, retrieves and stores them there. A network access is required to modify reservations, but the roomplan and the reservation list can also be viewed offline. The app is optimized to perform the most important steps that you will need to do while on the move:

   * Add a new reservation
   * Price the reservation and assign rooms
   * Send email offers and booking confirmations with your own customized e-mail templates
   * See the roomplan for future reservations and manage the assigned reservations
   * Retrieve a reservation to modify it: modify room assignments, change prices, append customer data, view customer remarks.

You get a notification when a new reservation has arrived. These can be originated by the igumbi online booking tool (IBE) integrated on your website or from the attached channelmanager.

The data is stored on igumbi servers - so the occupancy and availability for the channelmanager and the online booking tool is always up to date. The integrated igumbi revenue management system allows you to offer dynamic prices based on daily inventory control levels.
