- Timer: Choose how long you want to meditate from 3 min, 5 min, 10 min, Unlimited or Favorite.
- HIstory: The dates and times you meditate are recorded on the History page.
- Stage up: The more you meditate the more the Buddha image will change as you move to the next stage.

GET STARTED
Relax your body and clear your mind to maximize the benefits of meditation.
Open "iMeditate," take a deep breath, and relax yourself in whatever position is comfortable for you (not necessary to practice Zazen). When you are ready, choose the length of time and close your eyes.

WHAT IS MEDITATION?
Meditation is the best way to strengthen and purify your mind and eventually reach inner Zen.
Not only great for removing stress, it can also inspire you and help you draw out that inner creativity from your subconscious.
