My job is to help you manage your day to day real estate activities all in one place, kind of like your personal assistant would. I will help you to manage your client information, send you alerts when contract deadlines are approaching, help you to provide concise and interactive home evaluations, and more. I also allow you to have all of your lead generation tools and social media links in one place. And all this of this information will be kept confidential and secure for use only.

Your Dashboard
You will find all the relevant information for all of your uploaded clients and contacts. You can keep the list alphabetically, recent additions and by source of contact. You can also send emails, text, and call with one easy click.

Ensure Contract Deadlines are being met on time
iMYRA will ensure your important contract dates are met on time, you can set the dates for follow up items, so you never have to worry about missing a contract deadline again. You will receive reminders that allow you the ability to update your clients and customers with important next steps, ensuring a smooth process.

Integrate with your local MLS directly from iMYRA
iMYRA includes an easily accessible link to your MLS so that searching for homes while in the app becomes a breeze.

Stay up to date with current industry information through iMYRA
iMYRA includes a news feed highlighting important industry news. Click on the home menu in the top left corner of the app and then click on “Real Estate News”. In addition to what is provided, you can add your own customized feeds and links by clicking on the + button

Realtors working in Mid-Tennessee market, you will need to be a registered agent and have a NRDS number to leverage all of my great features:
• Integrate with your local MLS directly from iMYRA
• Stay up to date with current industry information through iMYRA
• Ensure Notifications are sent on time
• Personalize your Dashboard
• Upload Client Information and notes in real time, with the ability to export to your current CRM program
• Upload and Edit Listings, Buyer’s Presentations and Transaction Documents
• Create a real time Home Evaluation report for each property with prepopulated information from your MLS
• Send reports to clients directly from app

The length of the subscription is 30 days, your first month is free. After 30 days if you do not cancel you will be billed monthly within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period until you cancel. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

All notices regarding your subscription will be sent to your last email of record. To cancel your subscription without your account being charged for the next term, you must do so 24-hours before the Renewal Date by going to the user's App Store Account Settings. Please keep a record of when your subscription term ends and the next Renewal Date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription 24-hours prior to renewal regardless of whether you receive any notice from us. To cancel your subscription, email support@myimyra.com
