What is it about?
The ShiftShark scheduling app by Inclusion works with our Inclusion system to help you fill shifts that are vacant or need to be switched for an employee that might be absent, or add a new shift to a schedule. After selecting a shift to replace, or choosing a time and department for a new shift, ShiftShark will present a call list tailored to your organization's rules and who's available, and then you choose who to contact. The app will send text messages or voice messages to those team members and they can respond whether or not they can cover the shift, and from those who respond you can choose who to fill it. Just like magic, it switches the shift in the Inclusion scheduling system and let's all those who responded to the request know that it has been filled. May the Sharks be with you!
