On-demand chat is available 8 am to 8 pm every day with clinicians that can diagnose and treat common conditions, ranging from cough and flu to skin rashes and urinary tract infections. Our clinicians work with you to create a personalized care plan, complete with treatment details, follow-up appointments, prescriptions, and lab tests. Care plans and chat conversations are saved in the app, so you always have access.
