Indore Branch (CIRC of ICAI)

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India was set up in July 1949 under the Chartered Accountants act 1949, enacted by parliament of India for the development and regulation of the profession of chartered accountancy in India.

During its more than six decades of existence, ICAI has achieved recognition as a premier accounting body not only in the country but also globally, for its contribution in the fields of education, professional development, maintenance of high accounting, auditing and ethical standards. ICAI now is the second largest accounting body in the whole world.

ICAI has its Headquarters at New Delhi with 5 Regional Offices at Mumbai, Chennai, Kanpur, Kolkata, New Delhi and more than 130 branches spread all over the country. In addition, it has also set up more than 20 chapters outside India and an office in Dubai.

About Indore branch
Indore branch being one of the Branches of central region has more than 2000 Members. Thus it is the second biggest branch of the central region. Indore branch was set up on 18th August 1971.

Indore Branch is one of the best branches of ICAI, and contionusly winning various awards since 2005. The Branch has its own building with the fully equipped auditorium, reading rooms, class rooms, board rooms, administration office and Chairman Room which are well used for its members and students.

Indore Branch conducts a host of activities throughout the year, including Workshops and Certificate Courses of the Institute like ISA PT classes, IFRS, Arbitration courses etc. for its Members apart from the regular CPE seminars. The Branch also organizes Sports activities, Cultural events, social gatherings for its Members and their families.

The branch has two ITT labs equipped with all modern amenities. The Branch also conducts GMCS, ITT, OT, MOCK Test, Career Counseling Programmes and various activities for the students on regular basis.
