Innovation Engineering Cafe

Collaboration Cafe enables those with an account on Innovation Engineering Labs to realize the power of diversity by confronting the psychological barriers that prevent collaboration. When used as part of the larger Innovation Engineering® system it enables a culture of innovation. When fully implemented, the goal is 12 ideas implemented per employee per year.

The Collaboration Cafe app allows employees to keep collaborating even while away from a computer, including the ability to respond with pictures and video capture in addition to the normal text.

Innovation Engineering® is a new field of academic study and leadership science that enables innovation by everyone, everywhere, every day resulting in increased speed and decreased risk. It accomplishes this by applying the systems thinking mindset of Dr. W. Edwards Deming to innovation.
