The premise of this game is for the protagonist, the Grandma to kill insects using tools such as spouting water, a broom and a sponge.

This game is intended to be played by an audience of seniors and aging adults. The main character is a grandmother, allowing for players to more easily identity with the character on screen. The premise of the game is simple: the player moves the grandmother left and right to shoot and kill various insects, such as caterpillars, spiders, beetles, and more. Following repeated movement across the screen challenges Seniors with their hand eye coordination, visual-motor tracking, spatial awareness, and object recognition. Thus, this practical game allows for exercising of the brain, with the potential of slowing cognitive impairment and preventing the progression of Alzheimer's disease. Insect Terminator provides stimulating psychological engagement and the application of selective physiological movement to benefit our aging population.
