inspan.io gives you the ability to collect all of your collaboration and communication in one place. Perfect for teams and personal use, it is allowing you to manage your information the way you want.


All the data is splitted up to Private, Contacts and Teams sections.
All the data within those sections is structured in folders.
Every folder may contain any number of documents.

What it can be?
• Chat channels for teams for any number of people, User-to-User chats in contacts and teams.
• Schedulers, that are in the same time To-Do lists and Calendars with the ability to set assignee persons for tasks or events and view them for each team user separately.
• Short notes to save any information and long notes with text formatting.
• Files storage.
• Map points with any number of points on one map.
• Tables with formulas and formatting.
• Feeds to let your team know what’s going on.

You may adjust access to the whole team or to any folder inside of your team.
You may embed and link any objects, just copy link and paste it to another place. So you can insert file, map point, scheduler event or whatever to some note or message.

Any changes in any place are visible for all connected users almost at the same moment, so you are always up to date.
