App Store Description

Feel more present, energetic, and well…inspired. Learn how to raise your magnetic frequency, unblock your creativity, clear through your brain-fog, and make your dream reality your present state through the practice of manifesting and daily routines rooted in Positive Psychology.

What is manifesting? Its meaning is different for everyone and you will eventually develop your own relationship with the practice. Generally speaking, manifesting is a way of being and thinking. It is about listening to your body, trusting your heart, and believing there is a universe of possibilities just waiting to be tapped into.

Whether this concept is completely foreign or you are an expert in quantum creation, Inspired is for you. We invite you to join our community of artists and creatives who share the goal of self-improvement.

INSPIRED FEATURES:

DAILY ROUTINES:
- INTENTION SETTING: make clear intentions for your day. The act of setting intentions helps ensure we don’t live a full day in our monkey-brain. This can be an action as simple as finally doing the laundry or a mentality for the day such as being present.
- DAILY STREAM: Inspired by “The Artist’s Way” morning pages. The Daily Stream is 5 minutes of unconscious speaking to unpack all of your thoughts in the morning and clear your headspace as you start your day. As Julia Cameron writes, “the theory doesn’t matter much as the practice itself. What you are doing is creating pathways in your consciousness through which the creative forces can operate.”
- GRATITUDE: List out 3 blessings from the day or in your life. Martin Sieglman, the ‘Father of Positive Psychology’ has done extensive research on the practice of gratitude, and this exercise has been proven to increase happiness. It is a great opportunity to step back and focus on the positives in our lives.
- MANIFESTING: Take some time to close your eyes and vividly imagine your dreams coming true. The daily practice of manifesting will trick your body into thinking you have already achieved your goals, and one day you will be pleasantly surprised to find that you have everything that you once dreamed of.
- CURVEBALL: Wrap up the day by answering a daily question designed to make you think and reflect. Curveball prompts are designed to make you use your creative brain, go deeper into your subconscious, and give you a better understanding of yourself and your goals.

THE MIND MAP:
- A tool for when you are in your flow state to quickly offload and save your ideas. Record your thoughts when they come to you (or type them) and the Mind Map will transcribe and save them for you. Tag your thoughts to organize and categorize them for later reflection. You can think of the Mind Map as an improved Voice Memos and Notes app combined.
The Mind Map is for those fleeting moments when you are feeling inspired, when you are truly in your flow and lose all sense of time, when you wish you could just talk the idea out with a close friend, or when it's the middle of the night and you don’t want to forget your thought. The Mind Map isn’t just for transcribing your ideas, but it is a tool to unpack, save, and expand upon them.

The LIBRARY:
- A place to save photos, links, quotes, and anything that inspires you! Think of the Library as your own little Pinterest board to save the things that made you stop and think. Save things here that inspire or motivate you, and look back upon them later or share with a friend.

COMMUNITY BOARD:
- The most important part of Inspired: our community! This feature is a way to share and connect with other members of the Inspired community. Share any of your Routines, Mind Map, or Library entries to the community. An evolving place to find support, inspiration, and connections with like minded people :)
