The app benefits employees and employers by enabling companies to communicate, quickly, simply and automatically, in real time, their ever changing policies, guidance and other relevant information, directly to the mobile phones of their employees.
Employees are kept up to date with guidance and information from employers, including the critical information to manage their safe and timely return to work.
The app supports employees directly by enabling them to record their symptoms and coronavirus test results, invaluable for employees to share with doctors if they unwell. Employees can also add their Immunity status and Vaccine status.
Employees may give their explicit consent for their employer to see deidentified, summarised data of the symptoms and test results across their workforce. This enables their employer to monitor the progress of symptoms and testing during the pandemic in order to plan a safe and timely orderly return to work. Crucially this also enables employees and employer to monitor health once back at work to identify, at the earliest moment, any second wave of the virus or other complications.
Data is only shared with the explicit consent of the employee.
No employee identifiable data is shared with the company. The employer sees only summarised de-identified data.
To ensure that employees can access responsible guidance and information on coronavirus, employees can link, within the app, to the web sites of the authoritative government and public health resources in their own country.
There is no cost to employees.
The app has no access to financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts, device location, call related data, microphone, camera, and other sensitive device or usage data except mobile phone number, email address for security and age / gender to group summarised, de-identified data by age bands and gender.
