The purpose of InTensional Movement is to develop proper posture, train integrated and directed power, and get you out of pain. InTensional Movement teaches you everything you need to know to properly program and perform a full range of sports and fitness activities. You'll know how to practice a given skill and why. The why is simple: learn the best functional expression of human skeletal and muscular/fascial anatomy under a variety of contexts.

Other modalities don't train truly integrated body movement or necessarily have a straight line to functional activities, sports, or movement practices. People are typically imagining what they do incorrectly and from an incomplete understanding of their body and biomechanics. Simply put, your favorite exercise ain't squat compared to the Foundation Exercises of InTensional Movement. Our instructions are simple enough for a novice to understand but detailed enough for a health and fitness pro's arsenal. The goal is this: to get you out of pain and into a thriving life. Because every aspect of movement is controlled by you, movement training requires an investment in time and education.

The customizable and unique program stresses the basics of effective foundational exercises and movement progression with an emphasis on flawless technique.
