This will be expanded in order.

The traveler registers as a "Traveler".
Interpreter is registered as "Interpreter".

●Traveler
・Registration fee is not charged.
・For those who would like us to interpret English in Japanese, please register.
・Please judge the interpreter's map and profile contents and make a reservation.
・An interpreter with a badge in the photo is eligible for interpreting.
・If you accept an appointment to an interpreter, an estimate of expenses will come from the interpreter, so please decide whether to accept.
・On the day of traveling, read the QR code and complete the process.
・Finally, please rate the travelers.

【Fee】
・There is no charge for use.
・Membership registration · Monthly membership fee · Registration fee for interpreting · Credit card fee etc are not charged at all.

However, in the following cases, we have received a commission

■Traveler
・Interpretation fee with interpreter and INTERPRETER service fee 15% (for interpretation fee) will be charged.
・Service fee will be collected at the time of booking with interpreter. After that, even if you cancel an interpreter and appointment, only interpreter fee other than service fee will be refunded, so please be careful.
・However, if you canceled within 24 hours after booking, the service fee will also be refunded, but if you exceed 24 hours or even within 24 hours you canceled more than 3 times in the past If you do not refund it for any reason, please be careful.

・In case of refund of cancellation, a transfer fee will be charged to the account.
