Download the Interstage Home Monitoring Program (IHM) partner app, a mobile application designed for use in conjunction with Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s Herma Heart Center IHM Program.

The IHM app enhances the ability for caregivers of children born with hypo-plastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) who undergo the staged reconstructive surgery to more efficiently manage their child’s critical at-home monitoring between surgeries.

The IHM app enables users to record and instantly share all feedings, vitals and notes with The Herma Heart Center’s remote IHM Program care team. The app’s algorithms alert the user when the child is breaching and the care team should be contacted, eliminating the caregiver’s need to perform time-consuming daily calculations. Caregivers can view weekly charts for each vital and feeding totals to easily spot patterns and trends for their child.
