Simply set the length of Work / High Intensity intervals and the length of Rest / Low Intensity intervals, and you are Ready to Go!

SOUND ALERTS
A Beep will let you know when it is time to switch interval. No need to keep checking your phone.

RUNS IN THE BACKGROUND
Interval Stopwatch Timer runs in the background. Feel free to turn off your display or use other apps while the interval timer is still running.

COUNTDOWN AND ELAPSED TIME DISPLAYS
The app displays both a Countdown Timer and Elapsed Time for current interval. In addition, it also displays Total Elapsed Time.

OTHER
Works in both Portrait and Landscape mode.
