Intility

The Intility app allows users to change the passwords for their Intility accounts and provides access to international phone numbers to reach Technical Services.

RESET PASSWORD
You can easily reset the password on your Intility account. The service requires that your mobile number is registered and will send you a text message to confirm the password change.
During the process you will be asked to enter your username, the last 4 digits of your phone number, the code you receive in the text message and the password you would like to use.

CALL
Provides easy access to local phone numbers for Technical Support in Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Spain, the UK and the United States.
All numbers will connect you with Intility Technical Services who will assist you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

EMAIL
Uses your phone's e-mail application to start a new message that can quickly be sent to support@intility.no.
