The intrinsic investing app is the ideal tool for the value investor interested in tracking dividend stocks over the long term. The application features a simple, easy-to-use layout that allows investors to capture and store data about the stocks they follow and provides three common intrinsic value calculations for those stocks within the user's watchlist. By pulling end-of-day pricing on all stocks within the user's list, the application compares these valuations to the current price of the stocks to give the user a quick glance at whether the stock might be over or under valued. The three intrinsic value calculations with the application are:

1) Dividend Discount Model
2) Graham Number
3) Book Value / Dividend Growth Model

In addition to the models listed, the application allows users to enter and quickly view histories of the following stock parameters:

1) Dividend Per Share
2) Earnings Per Share
3) Book Value
4) Current Ratio
5) Free Cash Flow
6) Weighted Cost of Capital
7) Piotroski Score

Note that all values, except for the current stock price, are entered by the user and stored by the application.

If these values do not encompass the user's standard metrics, the application lets users enter three (3) custom metrics they wish to track as well.

Finally the application gives the user the ability to enter specific notes on a given stock so they can keep a log of what is happing within the company.
