iNVEEY is an intelligent inventory and invoice platform for iPhone and iPad. Scan invoices, extract every detail, keep your stock organized, generate reports (with shareable PDFs and CSVs), and track category P&L—all in one streamlined app.
What it does
Smart invoice scanning: Capture single or multi‑page invoices. The app extracts vendor, invoice/due dates, invoice number, line items (description, quantity, unit price, line total), subtotal, tax, and grand total—then reconciles the math for accuracy.
Learns as you work: Corrections you make (especially per‑vendor formats and line‑item structures) improve future extractions to reduce manual edits.
Clean editing flow: Edit any field, add/remove items, and save. Line‑item inputs start empty (no forced defaults) so you only enter what’s on the invoice.
Cloud‑backed Past Invoices: Invoices and line items sync to the cloud with reliable display order and real‑time updates across devices.
Email and sharing
Native Mail composer: Select one or many invoices and email them with a detailed summary. Attachments include the invoice PDF (combined from pages if needed) or images when applicable.
Sent status: Invoices can be marked “Sent” automatically when you email, or manually via a swipe action.
Reports sharing: The same multi‑select and email/share flow applies to reports, with professional PDFs and spreadsheets attached.
Inventory & reports
Quick Count: Rapidly update on‑hand quantities—perfect for service or shift changes.
Full Inventory: Browse by category/area, see values, and export.
Share‑ready reports: Full Inventory reports include a PDF summary, a CSV of all items, and a second “by category” CSV for spreadsheet work. Quick Count reports also export cleanly.
Report details: Tap a completed report to open its summary and share right from the toolbar.
P&L (By Category)
Accurate COGS: Built from processed invoice line items using each invoice’s actual date (not scan date).
Category integrity: Line‑item categories are matched to your business’s category list to avoid stray buckets. Net sales are tallied from your sales entries for the selected period.
Trends & Ideas + Ingredient Pairer
Curated sources: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Google News, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Web—organized for quick exploration.
Offline Ingredient Pairer: Local JSON database with fuzzy matching and synonyms. Get all pairings for an ingredient and generate triad combos. Long‑press to copy, or tap to search the web. A loading indicator keeps the UI responsive.

Roles: Administrator, Manager, and Employee roles fit real‑world workflows.

Privacy & security
Your business data is synced securely to the cloud and transmitted over HTTPS; storage is encrypted at rest. You control your data and can export or share it anytime.
