Invisible City is a minimalist cultural app. It is built by people who love art and it shows only what is really important: addresses and hours of theatre plays, concerts and expositions.

INVISIBLE MANIFESTO

In the world of tyranny of convenience, where it is so unbearably easy to consume entertainment, we believe it is possible to live our personal time through art, dedicating our attention to poetry in all its forms: music, theatre, dance and literature. We are far from being the first to try and resolve the problem of a cultural agenda. Many have tried before us: at the expense of crawling our personal data, showing us ads or adding non-cultural events in the mix. Such models that monetize our time and attention troubled us. This is why we have built Invisible City - a non-profit app dedicated to making a culture-seeker’s life easy.

- Provide absolute privacy. No geo-tracking, no obligatory log-in, no personally identifiable information.
- Curate content with passion.
- Support emerging artists.

OUR TEAM

We are a small dedicated team made of volunteers, practical idealists and philosophers who make things happen. Our mission is to help communicate art for those who creates it and for those who want to find it. During our journey we have been supported by Instituto Camões, Lisbon Data Science Academy, Greek Ministry of Culture and EUNIC Global.
