Discover the Isle of Man like never before with the world's first interactive outdoor walk using iBeacon technology.
Isle of Man walks brings to life the outdoor walking trails of the island, preserving the rich heritage of its people, places and past events.
Starting with our pilot trail of 18 waypoints from Port St Mary to the Sound, we're working on expanding our range of walks across the island. An interactive beacon at each waypoint will activate the app with images, film and audio about the heritage of the landscape you are walking through - even if you are offline!
Developed for Rushen Heritage Trust in partnership with Fuzzelogic Solutions and powered by Proxitee location platform.
