IONYX MeterReading

The Ionyx innovation meter reading is a simple to use, highly customizable that captures essential utility meter asset, time and location data directly from the site either by the meter reader, the customer, site technical or in fact anyone who needs to easily capture and send reliable information back to their Utility provider.

Its data capture and structure is fully market code compliant for UK gas, electricity and water MO systems and it provides a full audit trail from user to receiver capturing input, core and metadata on submission.

This version of the app is optimized for industrial and commercial meters in the UK water market but it is also available in other single and multi-utility versions and fully customizable to client requirements whether they are utility-specific; multi-utility, site survey or customer account management based.
Automatically captures GPS, time/date stamp, site and user contact information with account management, photographs and previous reading history data stored locally on the device after live submission to the preferred data receiver via wifi, Bluetooth, 4/5G, etc.

In its basic form, this is a process-driven data capture platform that can interface to any suitable API from the client’s enterprise system, local or cloud-based database application or data storage platform through to an MS Office based, Access DBF or Excel spreadsheet. It can also email backup copy data, photographs, and GPS coordinates to the user selected.
