iPlay Ninja

Featuring Ninja's, and Samurai's, iPlay is an e-learning platform for the Sun Pharma field force to enhance their sales skills.

The game features multiple skillsets with 5 levels each with a combination of quiz and/or role plays. The skillsets are customised according to the needs of each business unit. These skill sets comprise of both technical and non-technical areas. The technical content covers areas such as product knowledge, therapy knowledge, market knowledge, etc. The non-technical content focusses on selling and objection handling skills.
Players can challenge colleagues and earn points, badges, achievements, leaderboard positions, and redeem rewards.
