What is it about?
LMS helps the agent on the FOS (Foot on Street) to track leads as the application is user friendly. This application, without delay, directly allocates leads to FSC. FSC updates the appointment on immediate basis irrespective of being in network or being in office. Also LMS helps for positive closure by converting a lead. During positive closure the lead information is passed to iNeo application. During Negative closure the FSC can update stating the reason for declining the product which is pitched in. Lead information is also communicated to FSC by means of SMS.
