IQLobby

IQLobby™ is a branch lobby management solution for banks and credit unions. The application allows walk-in customers, prospective customers, and vendors to register upon entry into the lobby. The system takes the place of a human receptionist by allowing people to queue in order of entry.

Upon registering using IQLobby, the customer can select the product or service that is of most interest for the visit. On completion of lobby registration, the system alerts the financial institution that a customer is waiting for service in the lobby. The iPad application works with a web based lobby notification system to track each entry into the lobby and the sales and referrals that are associated with the lobby session.
