iShine is a unique career road-mapping tool that allows indiividuals to create a pathway between their current position and their dream job, which is linked to their qualifications, education, work experience and personal skills. iShine uses this information to derive the skills/competancies of the individuals and their career options. The person can then use the information to make informed decisions about what their next steps should be, what courses they should take and how to develop their skills.
