Through a single iShkodra application, citizens and businesses will have access to several already popular and promoted applications, such as "Transparenca e Buxhetit", "Taksat e Mia", "Zyra me një Ndalesë". Part of this application will also be a new application called "Portali informativ", which will keep updated its users with information on all activities taking place in the territory of Shkodra.
