ISPA 2013 is an international symposium that brings together researchers from many countries, serves as a forum for exchange of new ideas, and promotes international research collaboration.
ISPA 2013 will be organized in Trieste, Italy, which is located at the top of the Adriatic Sea, 150 Km East from Venice. Trieste, surrounded by the Carso highland and projected to the sea, has always been a border country: a place where different cultures meet and mix together. Its Mitteleuropean cultural inheritance is evident in all the eighteenth century buildings of the marvelous city center with heterogeneous styles. The city has been the inspiration of great literary figures such as James Joyce, Italo Svevo and Umberto Saba. Trieste, with its historic cafes, art, and enchanting sea, is a charming Central European and at the same time Mediterranean city.
