It Must Have Been Dark by Then

This app is the digital companion to the ‘It Must Have Been Dark By Then’ book. Together they create an audio walk where you choose the route, creating a map of a changing world. It brings you stories and sounds collected from journeys through other three countries, from the swamps of Louisiana, Latvian villages and the edges of the Sahara. A mixture of evocative music, narration and a printed book invite you to place memories in the streets where you live, finding where your world and those of others intersect. There is always something happening somewhere else.
This app is the digital part of the experience, please make sure you have the physical book ready before using it.
