Bharat is the oldest existing civilisation. Our religion, our culture as well as our epics like Ramayan and Mahabharat are the living memory of our civilisation, passed down to successive generations for millennia. For numerous decades, nay centuries, concentrated efforts have been made to deride this memory as mythology, a collection of mere stories or fables.

Fortunately, thanks to the herculean efforts of Nilesh Oak and other scholars, we now know, our epics are actually our Itihaas, a real history.
