The iTrace carrier app supports the tracking of transport orders in real-time and the only requirement is a mobile phone.

The app track pickups and deliveries and exceptions such as delays or damages. Deviations can be documented, pictures uploaded and proofs of pickup and delivery with digital signatures prepared. Chatting with various stakeholders via the app is also available.

Stakeholders can in the transport management back-Office solution, based on information sent from the app, follow the geo-location and ETA for the transportation. Milestones and digital documentation is recorded. Alerts will notify stakeholders in case of significant deviation. Live chat with the service provider is supported. New orders can be sent electronically to service providers.
