Escape encoding is mainly used to convert non-ASCII characters to hexadecimal encoding form, ensuring the consistency of strings during storage or cross-platform transmission.Quoted-Printable encoding is a encoding scheme that converts non-ASCII characters into printable ASCII characters and is mainly used to ensure that data is transmitted correctly in an environment that only supports ASCII characters.This application mainly provides data encoding tools centered on Escape and Quoted-Printable, aiming to perform the process of Escape and Quoted-Printable encoding and decoding of text data (non-ASCII characters) through core computing. Specifically, it includes: performing Escape encoding on the text data, performing decoding operations on the Escape encoded data, performing Quoted-Printable(Q-P) encoding on the text data, and performing decoding operations on the Quoted-Printable(Q-P) encoded data.
